Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed in IDA Pay Scale E-3: ₹24,900 – ₹50,500 (pre-revised).
During the one-year training period, candidates will receive a stipend. After successful completion, they will be designated as Senior Executive (DR). Promotion to Assistant General Manager (E-4) is applicable after 3 years as per BSNL rules.
