A degree in BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, or BBA from a statutory university
OR -
A degree granted by an institution empowered by an Act of Parliament
OR -
A graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent

Graduation must have been completed within 3 years from the last date of application.

Candidates with one year or more job experience/training after graduation are not eligible.
