The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Nagpur (IIITN)has released theIIITN Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Notification for engagement of Graduate Apprentice and Technician Apprentice trainees under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible candidates can participate through a Walk-in-Interview scheduled on 12 March 2026 at the IIITN Permanent Campus.

Eligibility Criteria – Educational Qualification

Graduate Apprentice Trainees

• Library Science Graduate (01 Post):

  • Master Degree in Library Science OR Bachelor of Library & Information Science (B.Lib) from a recognized university.

• General Stream Graduates (13 Posts):

  • Bachelor Degree in B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com from a recognized university.

• AI Apprentice (01 Post):

  • BE / B.Tech in:

    • Computer Science & Engineering

    • Information Technology

    • Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

    • Data Science & Analytics

    • Human Computer Interaction & Gaming Technology

    • Or related branches.

Technician Apprentice Trainees

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized board.

• BE/B.Tech candidates may also apply; engagement rules will follow BOAT guidelines.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates must have passed the final qualifying semester on or after 01 April 2021.

• Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 are not eligible.
