Minimum Marks

• 55% marks or 5.5 CGPA/CPI (on 10-point scale) in qualifying degree.

Relaxation

• SC/ST/PwD candidates: Minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA/CPI

GATE Requirement

• A valid GATE score is required at the time of interview or written test.

IIT Graduate Exemption

• B.Tech graduates from IITs with 8.0 CPI or above may apply without a GATE score.
