Educational Qualification

For Inter Trained Special Assistant Teacher (Class 1–5):

• Passed 10+2 with minimum 50% marks

• Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized)

• Valid RCI Registration mandatory

• JTET qualified for Primary Level

For Graduate Trained Special Assistant Teacher (Class 6–8):

• Graduation in relevant subject with minimum 50% marks

• B.Ed (Special Education) or B.Ed with Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized)

• Valid RCI Registration mandatory

• JTET qualified for Upper Primary Level

Selection Process

The selection process consists of Main Written Examination only.

• Paper 1: Mother Tongue (Qualifying – Minimum 30%)

• Paper 2: Regional / Tribal Language (100 Marks)

For Class 1–5:

• Paper 3: GK, Current Affairs, Science, Maths, Social Science (300 Marks)

For Class 6–8:

• Paper 3: General Knowledge & Child Development (100 Marks)

• Paper 4: Optional Subject (180 Marks)

No interview will be conducted.

• Class 1–5: Pay Matrix Level–4 – ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 + allowances

• Class 6–8: Pay Matrix Level–5 – ₹29,200 to ₹92,300 + allowances
