JRF (Engineering Disciplines):
- BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline (1st Division) with valid NET/GATE
OR - M.E./M.Tech in relevant discipline (1st Division in both levels)
JRF (Physics):
- Post Graduation in Physics (1st Division) with NET qualification
RA (Metallurgy & Material Engg.):
- Ph.D. in relevant field
OR - Post Graduation + 3 years experience + 1 SCI paper
RA (Physics):
- Ph.D. in Physics
OR - Post Graduation + 3 years experience + 1 SCI paper
